The hotel's location was convenient, but unfortunately, it was . the room was dirty, infested with termites and cockroaches, and the bed sheets and pillow covers were both filthy. the bathroom was never cleaned, always moist, and had an unpleasant odor. the staff were unhelpful, demanding money for every little thing, and refused to provide basic amenities such as soap, towels, and bottled water without being asked explicitly.

The hotel did not accept card payments, only phonepe and cash.
